License Terms and Conditions |
 | Visitors to your site must be
registered. It is your responsibility to make sure
they have registered. They should depart prior to 10:00
p.m. EST on weekdays or prior to 11:00 p.m. EST on
weekends/holidays. (refer to below Visitor Policy section) |
 |
Licenses will run for
eleven (11) months starting April 1st through February
28th. If you are renewing for the following year, March is
free. If you are not renewing, the trailer must be removed
and the lot cleaned by March 15th. All license fees
must be paid before removal. |
 |
License covers one (1)
family living under one roof at their main residence.
Married sons, daughters, cousins, neighbors, or friends are not
included. They would be considered a visitor and must
register as a visitor upon arrival; or you may add them to your
yearly registration for $50.00 per person (refer to below
Visitor Policy section). |

 |
You, the Licensee, and
Farma, have the right to terminate the License Agreement at any
time by giving the other a ten (10) day notice of
termination. Upon termination of the agreement hereunder
you are considered to be a weekly paying customer and Farma
agrees to refund and unearned, prepaid fees at that rate; which
this year is $180.00 for a full hook-up site. A $200.00
removal & cleanup fee may be added if you do not have the
trailer removed and the lot cleaned by the departure date. |
 |
Camping units that are
"For Sale" may have one (1) sign posted on the unit or
porch, but not in the yard or common area. There is a
bulletin board in the Rec. Hall and we offer a page on our
website. There are no restrictions on units that are sold
to leave the park. Any unit that is "For Sale"
with the intention that it will remain in the park must be
inspected by park management and meet the following minimum
criteria. Exterior must be in good shape with no missing
or broken parts. The interior must be in good condition
with no missing or broken parts. If originally equipped
toilets, furnaces, refrigerators, hot water heaters, and sinks
must be in good working order. We also require any
prospective buyer to pass a background and credit check before
we will accept them as a new customer. |
 |
A camping unit is a
travel trailer under 400 square feet. All camping units
brought into the park on a seasonal basis must have approval of
park management. A camping unit must be able to be moved
on a normal hook-up and pullout basis. This would include
leaving removable tongues attached to all units. No more
than two (2) camping units per site. No structures should
be built in the ground (no posts or footers to be buried).
Porches must not be attached to a camping unit. Sheds must
be of a kit type construction and no more than one (1) 12'x12'
shed per site. No metal sheds. |
 |
Outside refrigerators
must be locked when you are not there. We would like all
outside refrigerators housed in a shed. |
 |
No
Unlicensed, Uninspected or Uninsured Motor vehicles shall be
stored at a campsite. A camping unit that is used on a
regular basis is exempt.
|
 |
Electric
connections to Farma’s outlets shall be from May 1 through
October 15.
You must agree to unplug from October 16 through April 30
and plug in only when using the trailer during this period.
We do not/cannot guarantee the amount of or the use of
electricity to any site.
We will do our best to provide 110 volts @ 30 amps
whenever possible.
|
 |
Electric
bills are due and payable the 1st of each month. Anyone
not paying this bill by the 15th of that month may be subject to
disconnection. |
 |
Children
under 6 years of age must be accompanied by a person over 12
years of age when at the swimming pool, fishpond, restrooms,
wagon rides, etc... |
 |
All
children 11 years of age and younger must wear a helmet when
operating a bicycle at Farma. |
 |
We
require parents to make sure their children are at their own or
some campsite when the Rec. Hall closes. We are not
babysitters. You are responsible to see that your children
are accounted for at all times, and especially late at night
when sleeping out. |
 |
We
welcome pets, but we remind you they must be kept under control
at all times and restrained from excessive barking. We
allow no more than two (2) dogs per site. Dogs deemed to
be too aggressive for our family atmosphere will be required to
obtain a Good Citizen Certification from the AKC. We have
received numerous complaints in the past of dogs tied at
campsites and left unattended; thereby annoying others.
They must be cleaned up after, which means if your pets goes to
the bathroom anywhere besides your site, you must pick it up and
dispose of it even if it is in the middle of an open
field. Pets may not be tied to trees, bushes or utility
posts. No outside doghouses of any kind allowed. |
 |
Unlicensed
motorcycles, 3-wheelers or 4-wheelers may not be ridden in the
park. Scooters, Segways, Mopeds and any other motorized
transportation may only be operated by persons holding a valid
drivers license and must obtain prior permission of management. |
 |
Chain
saws can be operated for a maximum of thirty (30) minutes once a
day, and not at all on Sundays. |
 |
Quiet
hours will be from 12:00 a.m. midnight until 9:00 a.m.
This means you should be quite enough that you or persons at
your campsite do not disturb your neighbors. Radios must
be turned off. Quiet hour violations will be tracked over
a 2-year period. First violation, a verbal warning
explaining the rule. Second violation, a written receipt
of a verbal warning. Third violation, a written warning
and a $100.00 fine. |
 |

Electric Golf Carts only. No gas golf carts
allowed. They are not play toys. Intoxication
beverages are allowed at your site only; not out in the
campground or on a golf cart. They are to be used as basic
transportation only. They must be operated in a safe and
courteous manner by persons holding a valid drivers license and
abide by all park speed limits. All golf carts must be
inspected every year by park management and receive a valid
inspection sticker from Farma. Inspection requirements and
dates for this inspection may be obtained at the office. |

Visitor
Policy |
|
A
Visitor is anyone not listed on the registration form that you
return to us!
Due to
insurance company guidelines, Farma must have anyone entering the
campground registered at our office. Unregistered guests can
be charged with trespassing and theft of services, which is
punishable by fine and up to 30 days in jail. Also, in cases
of emergency, it makes it impossible to locate someone that is not
registered.
YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY:
It is your
responsibility, as a camper here, to make sure that anyone visiting
your site is registered at the office.
Visitors
should depart before 10:00 p.m. EST on weeknights, or before 11:00
p.m. EST on weekends and holidays (except when registered for an
overnight stay).
We also ask
that you not give directions to your site to people that have never
been at Farma. We have had many people drive all over the park
looking for someone. This creates unneeded and sometimes
hazardous traffic situations. Please have all visitors stop at
the office. If you do not want them charged, we can
pre-register them with you and just direct them to your site when
they arrive.
Grandchildren
and Grandparents:
 | Grandchildren
visiting their Grandparents' site are free but must be
registered. |
 | Grandparents
visiting their Grandchildren are free, but must be registered. |
 | Grandchildren
visiting friends in the campground are not free, unless they are
staying with their Grandparents. |
